Training · S/4HANA Group Reporting & SAC
Your system. Your data structures. Your team, trained by a practitioner.
Most SAP training happens on a demo tenant your team will never see again. Ours happens inside your own S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAC environment — your FS items, your consolidation units, your close — delivered by someone who configures these systems for a living, not a career trainer reading slides.
From executive briefings to full super-user programmes. Course fees and structure on enquiry — every programme is scoped to your landscape.
Request fees & structureWhy it works
Generic training evaporates. System-specific training compounds.
A course taught on vanilla demo data leaves your team translating everything back to their own configuration — and most of it is lost within a month. Training delivered on your live landscape means every exercise is real: the entity they consolidate is theirs, the elimination that won't clear is theirs, and the skill transfers on day one because there's nothing to transfer.
The prerequisite is simply that you have the system in house — production access for walkthroughs, or a sandbox/quality client for hands-on exercises. We'll advise on the safest setup during scoping.
Formats
Three programmes, scoped to your landscape
On site or remote. Every programme is preceded by a scoping call so the curriculum matches your configuration, your close calendar, and your team's starting point.
T-01
Executive briefing
Half day · CFO, FDs, group finance leadership
What Group Reporting and SAC actually do, what they change about your close, and the decisions leadership will be asked to make — in the language of outcomes, not transactions.
- Capability & roadmap overview
- Close process implications
- Governance & ownership decisions
T-02
Super-user programme
2–3 days · Your future in-house experts
The flagship. A small cohort taken deep into your own configuration until they can run, explain and troubleshoot the consolidation without external help.
- Hands-on in your environment
- Curriculum from your config
- Post-course support window
T-03
Close-team workshop
1 day · The team that runs month-end
Focused on the working close: data collection, validations, eliminations, translation and sign-off — run against your actual close calendar, rehearsed end to end.
- Period-end run-through
- Exception & error handling
- Reconciliation discipline

Practicalities
How it runs
Cohort size
Deliberately small — up to eight for hands-on programmes, so nobody hides at the back. Executive briefings can run larger.
Materials
Every attendee leaves with a reference pack written against your configuration — not generic screenshots — plus exercises to rerun after the course.
Delivery
On site at your offices or remote — most super-user programmes work best with at least one day in the room together.
Fees & structure
Quoted per programme after a short scoping call, based on format, cohort size and days. Fixed once agreed — no day-rate creep.
Next step
Tell us about your landscape and your team
Which system, which cloud, how many people, and what they struggle with today. We'll come back within one working day with a proposed structure and fee.
